1. Cocoa Berry Smoothie

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 C frozen blueberries
  • 1 C frozen cherries
  • 1/2 T honey
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • Cacao nibs, extra cherry or blueberry pieces (optional to garnish)

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients & enjoy!

2. Chocolate Pudding

Yields 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados (skin and pit removed)
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 1/3 C coconut milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 4-6 strawberries
  • 1/4 C dark chocolate (optional topping)

Directions:

  1. Add the avocado flesh, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract and Chocolate Collagen Peptides into a food processor and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Once the mixture is creamy and smooth, scoop it into a bowl and top with leftover coconut cream, strawberries and dark chocolate. Enjoy!

3. Chocolate Hummus

Yields 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C cashews (soaked in boiling water)
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/3 C maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 t coconut oil (melted)
  • 1-2 T dark chocolate chips
  • 1 t shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:

  1. Soak the cashews in boiling water and cover with a dishcloth for 15 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and coconut oil).
  3. Blend for 5 minutes on high speed or until mixture is smooth.
  4. Melt the coconut oil and 1 T of chocolate chips in a bowl. Scoop the hummus into a bowl.
  5. Top with additional chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve with nuts, fruit or graham crackers & enjoy!

4. Chocolate Hearts

Yields 12 Chocolate Hearts

Ingredients:

  • 1 C dark chocolate
  • 1/3 C almonds (chopped)
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 C coconut milk
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • Heart-shaped chocolate mold

Directions:

  1. Heat a small saucepan on low heat and add in the dark chocolate, Chocolate Collagen Peptides, cinnamon and coconut milk. Chop up almonds and add to the chocolate.
  2. As it begins to melt, stir slowly until all of the ingredients are combined. Once the chocolate is melted completely and the ingredients are added, pour the chocolate into the heart molds and top with shaved almonds and sea salt.
  3. Place the mold into the freezer and let sit for an hour. Remove chocolate from the mold and enjoy!

5. Fudge Brownie Dip

Yields 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 C raw cashews (soaked in boiled water for 15 minutes)
  • 1/3 C maple syrup
  • 2 scoopsVital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 2-3 T almond milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and add to the charcuterie board.

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ¾ C frozen banana
  • ¼ C frozen cauliflower
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 scoopsVital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 2 T creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ C almond milk

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen cauliflower and the almond milk to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until broken down.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and blend again on high speed until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, topping it off with coconut whip cream and some peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
