That’s why we tapped Kaisa Kerwin, CPT, to create an exclusive 30-day, full-body workout challenge that helps you shift your mindset about fitness.
The best part about this challenge is that each workout is 22 minutes or less, can be done anywhere and you get to pick workouts that make you feel good. Remember, during each workout you can modify as necessary based on your fitness level. We’ve also built in rest days, and days to celebrate yourself. After all, we want you to feel good inside and out.

AMRAP: As many rounds as possible. On AMRAP days, set a timer for 22 minutes and complete the circuit as many times as you can in 22 minutes, resting as needed.
