Nicole Rosé is a DJ, influencer and mindset mentor. She previously appeared on HBO Max's The Big Shot with Bethenny, and most recently launched her manifestation-based mentorship program called Queens of Creation. Here, she shares her advice for those looking to incorporate manifestation into their everyday lives.
Part of the reason true “manifestation” seems so unattainable is because most people don’t understand the basics. What is manifestation? It’s pretty simple. It’s just something you thought would turn into a tangible reality in your life in some noticeable way (noticeable being the key word there)! We’re always manifesting everything all of the time, which is one of the hardest things for people to understand, but this simple mindset shift will launch you into a new level of creation in your life.
Let me show you what I mean...
It’s November 2020. It’s the height of the pandemic. Bethenny Frankel is sitting within spitting distance of my face and screaming at the top of her lungs (not fully sure if she was screaming or if it just felt like that…). I’m physically melting into the couch like a human ice cube trying to survive in a sauna. I was in my own personal pandemic really starting to mentally spiral when I had one of the biggest revelations of my lifetime: “I manifested this!”
Okay, well not all of this intentionally. But either way, I did.
You're probably thinking what you just read is crazy. But it’s not. And it's my first tip on manifestation:
1. We manifest it all.
The good and the bad. The sooner we take responsibility, the stronger our ability to create becomes.
Your awareness is key. If you’re open minded, paying attention and versed in manifestation, you will start to realize that we always call all of these different experiences into our lives in one way or another. For me, I grew up in a household where arguments were standard operating procedure so it was not super surprising to find me 15 years later getting into it with my new (potential) employer. That illustrates the shadow side of this manifestation but there’s a silver lining. I attracted the fun part too.
I manifested my entire experience filming The Big Shot with Bethenny. I had been watching Bethenny for years on The Real Housewives and had been modeling my career after hers. For years, I daydreamed about what it would be like when I built my own empire just like her — so much so that my close crew from college would say I’d be the next Bethenny!
I loved her. I studied her. I obsessed over her (in not-so-creepy ways) and years later, I was on the couch with her filming her TV show interviewing for a job at her company.
Now do you see what I mean when I say your thoughts create your energy and this multiplies to equal your reality?
2.To become a manifestation pro, you want to radiate pure positive energy.
Let’s take this a step further.
Look, I’ll be honest. It’s not always easy and our brains are hardwired with a negative bias. But, just your simple awareness of this bias gives you an advantage over others! And positive thoughts attract even more positive thoughts.
If you constantly think about all the things you don’t want, you will wake up one day and find yourself smack dab in the middle of your worst nightmare. To make positivity a regular occurrence, you can start by noticing when you have negative thoughts and practice letting them go. You can also go a step further, and get ahead of it by aligning your vibration with positive thoughts about your goals first thing in the morning when you’re in the best state to manifest.
3. To make manifestation mode your default, build a morning routine that promotes positivity
This morning routine can include meditation, mantras, visualization, journaling, exercise or some combination of the above. (I did them all while filming!) I have personally tested dozens of different morning routines and developedthe Queens of Creation mentorship program, so other women can easily customize and implement a “manifest mindset” and morning routine to build their dream lives.
Back to The Big Shot with Bethenny; when you throw the nuances of the pandemic, 20 cameras and a business competition with more drama than The Real Housewives into a blender, you get a really challenging experience. In fact, I've been in many high-profile, high-pressure situations and this was the most demanding moment of my life.
If you watch The Big Shot, you’ll notice in episodes 2 and 3, I excuse myself to go to the bathroom. Sure, I shed a tear or two in the middle of our massive, very public, very confusing argument but then I wiped my face off, pulled myself back together, looked in the mirror and reminded myself of who I am: A TRUE QUEEN. A woman who loves and supports other women; a woman who goes high when they go low; a woman who believes in love and radiates love as best as she can in any circumstance.
Just like that, as quickly as you can snap your fingers, I was back in the game. And crushing it in my photoshoot — spreading queen vibes to my models and creating top-notch content. I guess you could say my reign wasn’t over…yet.
Anyone can use this technique. It can help you manifest better thoughts, better reactions to situations, better outcomes or even something bigger.
4. Use a manifestation mantra to put your vibration into creation mode anytime, anywhere.
Anyone can do what I did in 60 seconds in the bathroom that day. Is there something you desperately want to be but don’t believe it could ever be true? Maybe it’s something as simple as being happy, calm or confident. Or maybe you’ll need more affirmations to help you get to the point where you believe the manifestation you seek can come true. This is a good place to start thinking about where gaps in your thinking might be separating you from manifesting the life of your dreams. For more guidance, check out my podcast, Big Queen Energy.
