Yields 1 mug

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 T gluten-free flour
  • 3 t cocoa powder
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T almond milk
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 T raspberry jam
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 T chocolate chips
  • Directions:

    1. In a large mug, add in all of the dry ingredients and mix together.
    2. Next, add in the liquid ingredients and mix together until well combined.
      Lively Tip:You may add more milk to thin out the ingredients if necessary—it should have the consistency of brownie batter.
    3. Add in the chocolate chips and stir them in gently.
    4. Place into the microwave and heat for 90 seconds.
    5. Remove from the microwave, top with more peanut butter and raspberry jam and enjoy!
