How does an Instagram influencer and fitness enthusiast kick off her morning? If you ask Carolina Suki Sicoli (@caro_suki), having pancakes for breakfast is a must.
After being diagnosed with celiac disease over 10 years ago, Sicoli has been living a clean lifestyle that excludes processed foods. She now enjoys a gluten-free, protein-rich diet. But this doesn’t mean she’s ditched her favorite meals. In fact, Sicoli still indulges in her homemade pancakes before taking on the day. The only difference? She adds a scoop ofVital Proteins Collagen Wheyto her batter, which also includes egg whites and oat bran. “I love adding the Collagen Whey to my banana breads or pancakes to add more protein and flavor,” Sicoli tells Lively.
The Argentina-born Miami resident complements her protein-packed meal with a cup or two of her “absolute favorite”Matcha Collagen. “I drink it twice a day and it gives me the perfect energy to stay active the whole day!” says Sicoli. You can make the beverage yourself by mixing our Matcha Collagen into hot water or milk of your choice. We suggest adding in our Collagen Creamerfor an added health boost in hair, skin, nails and joints.
