1. Hibiscus Mango Mocktail
Yields 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Vital Proteins Blackberry Hibiscus Collagen Water™
- 1½ oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1½ oz. mango nectar
- ½ oz. simple syrup
Directions:
- Combine ingredients into a shaker over ice and strain into a wine glass.
- Garnish with fresh chopped mango or fresh pomegranates seeds.
2. Ginger Mint Mocktail
Yields 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Vital Proteins Lemon Ginger Collagen Water™
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. lime
- 6 mint leaves
Directions:
- Build in a pint glass. Lightly muddle with mint and add ice.
- Shake and pour in a Moscow Mule mugand top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
3. Blueberry Mint Mocktail
Yields 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 oz.Vital Proteins Blueberry Mint Collagen Water™
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. honey
- 2 blackberries
- 6 mint leaves
Directions:
- Build in a pint glass. Shake all ingredients, strain and pour them into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
4. Lavender Lemon (No. 3) Mocktail
Yields 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 scoopVital Proteins Lavender Lemon Beauty Collagen™
- 3 oz. water
- 1 oz. lavender syrup
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- 6 mint leaves
- Sprite
Directions:
- Combine ingredients, except sprite, into a shaker over ice.
- Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
