Collagen Recipes To Make For The Big Game
Dairy-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- ½ C frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 C dairy-free cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 scoopsVital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
- 1 t lemon juice
- ½ t onion powder
- ¼ t garlic salt
- ¼ t fresh ground pepper
- Chopped chives (optional)
- Dairy-free shredded cheese (optional)
- Crackers, assorted veggies for dipping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, garlic salt, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Collagen Peptides.
- Add spinach and artichoke hearts and fold in until fully mixed.
- Transfer the mix to the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Garnish with chopped chives.

Tater Not Nachos with Collagen Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 T ghee
- 1 T coconut aminos
- 1 t unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- ¼ t onion powder
- ½ t garlic powder
- 1 C hot sauce
- ¼ t cayenne pepper
- 2 scoopsVital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
Directions:
- In a saucepan, add all ingredients and whisk to combine over medium heat.
- Drizzle sauce over cauliflower tots.
- Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Crustless Pizza Bake
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. organic marinara sauce
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Beef Gelatin
- 1 lb. chicken, cooked & cubed
- 1 lb. Italian sausage (cooked & crumbled)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 6 oz. black olives (halved)
- 6 oz. organic shredded cheese (mozzarella, jack, and/or cheddar work well)
- 2 oz. organic pepperoni
- ¼ C pickled jalapeños
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Have a 9×13″ baking pan ready.
- Mix the marinara and the gelatin together in a medium bowl. Set it aside.
- Add the cooked chicken and sausage to the baking pan. Stir together well.
- Sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper in the leftover grease from the meat until translucent. Layer over top of the meat. Scatter the black olives over top.
- Stir the reserved marinara. If it appears very thick, add a few tablespoons of filtered water to smooth it out. Pour over the vegetables in the baking pan.
- Next, add the shredded cheese. Then lay out the pepperoni and pickled jalapeño.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
Matcha Collagen Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. ginger simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoopVital Proteins® Matcha Collagen
- 4-8 oz. freshly boiled water
- 1 t lemon juice
- Honey, for drizzling
- Ginger simple syrup
- ½ C coconut sugar
- ½ C water
- 1 large ginger root knob (peeled and sliced)
Directions:
- To make the ginger simple syrup: combine coconut sugar, water and peeled ginger in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes until sugar is dissolved and syrup is fragrant (makes about a half cup).
- Strain and discard reserved ginger and set aside syrup.
- Place egg white in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, whisk the egg white until stiff peaks form, about 5-6 minutes.
- Brew Matcha Collagen in cup of choice with freshly boiled water. Add in lemon juice and one-half to one ounce of ginger simple syrup and stir.
- Top with egg whites and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle matcha powder on top for added flair.
- Serve immediately.
