Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Yields 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 C rolled oats
- 1/2 C almond milk
- 1/4 C cashew butter
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer™ in Vanilla
- 1/4 C chocolate chips
- cashew butter, chocolate chips, cashews (for topping)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well-combined.
- Seal the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to 10 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
