Holiday Breakfast Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

Optional toppings:

  • ⅓ C raspberries
  • ¼ C pomegranate
  • ¼ C pumpkin seeds

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan add in coconut oil and cook over medium heat.
  3. Scoop in about 1/3 C of mixture and cook on both sides for up to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan, add toppings and enjoy!
