Chocolate and Vanilla Collagen Ice Cream
yields 5 servings (2 scoops on a cone)
Chocolate ice cream Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
Vanilla ice cream Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Vanilla Collagen Peptides
Directions (repeat for each flavor):
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high.
- Mix until bananas are fully blended and pour into an ice cream tray.
- Freeze for up to six hours.
- Scoop onto an ice cream cone or serve in a dish. Enjoy!
