Impress Guests With This Delicious Maple Glazed Carrots Recipe

I hope everyone is starting to get excited for the holidays. I know I am! One of my favorite things to look forward to is all of the delicious food that we get to enjoy with our family and friends. And these Maple Glazed Carrots are no exception. The combination of the maple syrup and rosemary adds a delicious balance of flavors next to the rest of the foods on your dinner menu. Plus, they’re beautifully plated with pomegranate and fresh parsley, making them a must-have dish at any holiday party!

To make them, begin by trimming the carrot stalks and placing the carrots in a dish with parchment paper. For extra fiber, I recommend keeping the carrot skins on and adding the rest of the ingredients on top. Then, drizzle on maple syrup, which adds a hint of sweetness while still allowing the other flavors to come through.

Next up, my secret ingredient — Vital Proteins Beef Bone Broth Collagen! Mixed in with the carrots, it’s a simple way to up your collagen intake. As is the case with our other collagen products, the Beef Bone Broth Collagen helps to support healthy hair, skin, nails and joints.**

And that’s it! I hope that you and your family have the opportunity to try these crowd-pleasing Maple Glazed Carrots this holiday season. Check out the collagen recipe below for the full breakdown.
