GREEN PRE-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!

GREEN APPLE SMOOTHIE

Yields 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple (cored & chopped)
  • 2 C spinach
  • 1 C milk of choice
  • 2″ knob ginger (grated)
  • 1 banana (cubed & frozen)
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 2-4 scoops Vital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
  • 2-3 C ice cubes (optional for a thicker consistency)

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large blender. Blend on high until smooth.

COCOA BERRY SMOOTHIE

  2. Blend on medium speed, increasing to high speed until the smoothie is thick and smooth.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ banana
  • ½ apple
  • 1 date
  • ½ C mixed frozen berries
  • Dash of cinnamon
