Yields 1 Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. Add the frozen banana, cauliflower and mango to a blender with the almond milk.
  2. Blend the fruit until the consistency looks thick and smooth.
  3. Once all of the fruit is well blended, open the Spirulina capsule and add the powder and spinach into the blender.
  4. Blend the final few ingredients for a several seconds until well-combined (Tip: The less time you blend, the thicker the consistency will be. If you prefer a lighter consistency, blend the ingredients for longer.)
  5. Pour your smoothie into a large glass and enjoy!
