It’s finals week for me, so I find myself spending every free moment studying, working, or sleeping. I don’t have as much time to make proper meals and snacks, but I took about 10 minutes this week to make these Vanilla Bliss Balls.
This is the perfect little snack full of healthy fats and protein to hold you over until your next meal. It features a few simple, affordable ingredients, which I bet you can find the majority of in your kitchen!
Instead of limiting Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer® to coffee, I added a few scoops to give these bliss balls that next-level flavor, along with additional benefits.
These bliss balls feature our Vanilla Collagen Creamer, which is free of dairy, gluten, added sweeteners, and provides 10g of collagen per serving. It’s also paleo-friendly and Whole30® approved. It also provides users with an energy boost, thanks to the MCTs found in the coconut milk powder.
Taking collagen is a great way to strengthen hair, skin, nails, and joints. These bliss balls are a great way to get those benefits in, and a delicious way, too!
Whether you’re a college student, mom, or just know you’ll be too busy during the week to make a snack, give these Vanilla Bliss Balls a try. You can also add in unsweetened coconut flakes, chocolate chips, nuts, anything your heart desires.
Make sure to give these a try during your next meal-prepping session — I promise you won’t regret it!
