Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. grass-fed beef
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 3 large carrots
- 4-5 celery stalks
- 1 red onion
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- Fresh rosemary
- 2 C water
- 1 bunch chopped kale
- 4-5 scoops Vital Proteins Beef Bone Broth Collagen
Directions:
- Chop all vegetables (except kale) and combine with an oil of your choice, sautéing them in a pan until thoroughly cooked.
- In a separate pan, prepare the meat and cook until finished.
- In a large pot, add 2 cups of water and 4-5 scoops of Vital Proteins Bone Broth Collagen and stir.
- Add in the cooked meat and vegetables. Then add the chopped kale.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
