Chocolate Chia Pudding
Yields 1 jar
Pudding Ingredients:
- 2 T chia seeds
- ½ C almond milk
- 2 scoops Vital Performance™ Chocolate Protein
Toppings:
- strawberries
- blueberries
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add the chia seeds, almond milk and chocolate protein to a jar.
- Tightly close the jar and shake until all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer to a bowl (or eat straight out of the jar) and top with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips or any toppings of your choice.
